A graduate of Berkeley Law School, Daniel has handled complex litigation and arbitration across the country, and has first-chaired jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in California, Missouri and Illinois. Daniel focuses on commercial disputes and trade secret, trademark and copyright litigation, and was named a “Benchmark California Star” in 2019.
Bryan, a graduate of Yale Law School, concentrates his practice on securities litigation, complex commercial litigation and SEC investigations.
