San Francisco, CA – December 6, 2018 –Alto Litigation is pleased to announce that veteran SEC defense lawyer and securities litigator Jared Kopel has joined the firm.
Jared was a partner in the litigation group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a former branch chief of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. Jared has defended well-known Silicon Valley directors, officers and companies in a variety of securities lawsuits and investigations over the past three decades.
As a recognized thought leader, Jared frequently discusses developments in private securities litigation and SEC enforcement actions in publications, on panels and on social media. He is a graduate of New York University Law School and Columbia College.
