REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

Part of the litigation team that successfully moved for dismissal of the plaintiff’s copyright infringement claim on behalf of the client, an Internet colocation company.  The U.S. District Court awarded the client attorney’s fees, and the award was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
